Love this place!!! The new owners are super nice and work hard. My car is always super clean and beautiful!
As a long time customer of over 9 years, my experience with this car wash today was HORRIBLE and I refuse to go there again thanks to the female manager who handled my complaint. I called to let her know about the poor job that was done on my car an hour or so before. The floors weren’t vacuumed, crumbs and dirt still in cup holder, on the seats and most of all the excessive amount of Armor All that was used AND NOT WIPED DOWN which caused grease stains on my cloths. This was my first visit and they did a PERFECT JOB!!!!! They didn’t miss a spot! This is the best my car has looked since I bought it!
Been going here for 15 yrs, ownership has changed hands, just went for my 2nd visit since, TERRIBLE!! My vehicle (a 2015 Chrysler which I am meticulous about, no food, no drinks, etc) just needed vacuum and wipe down. The seats, cup holders, dash, rear lift compartment, console, doors NOT EVEN TOUCHED!! Do NOT waste your $$$ Even called to complain and let them know that I will not return, their answer is "well, sorry". Looking for a new car wash facility!!
