We leased a unit in one building with temperature control. The property and units are very clean and in great condition. There are carts available in the interior hall for your use. Very handy. Although there is motion lighting in the hall ceiling, the individual units do not have lights, nor any outlets to plug any in. This makes sifting through boxes/totes very difficult because it's quite dark.

Rented one of each a non-climate controlled and climate controlled storage lockers for 1.5 years. Unfortunately found a ton of mold in the non-climate controlled storage and had to throw out a number of items because they got ruined and surprisingly the climate controlled storage also had a mold issue. Have pictures of the mold spores growing on the ground. Zero response from storage management when we brought this issue up to them despite paying a ton of money for long-term storage.
