AMAZING SERVICE I showed up with my engine light on after stopping at other dealerships that didn’t show the care I got when I arrived at highway 11 dodge, the lady at the service desk was top notch. She got my truck in right away and kept me informed of the issue. My truck wasn’t going to be able to leave and I would be stuck without a vehicle, this lady went out of her way for me and got me a truck to use until mine is fixed. I would strongly caution anyone from bringing their vehicle here. I purchased an extended warranty for my 2023 Jeep Compass, which specifically covers the A/C system. When my A/C stopped working, I brought it in expecting this to be handled under warranty. Instead, I was told my system had been “tampered with” and contaminated with the wrong refrigerant — something I know for a fact has never happened, as I have never had any A/C service done outside of the dealership. Was desperately needing service to get back to Nova Scotia on an early Monday morning. Brand new Ram truck engine warnings.
