Best bike shop around. Super friendly guy!
not satisfied with the customer service I received when I called.
I was on the XOBO ride this year and had a tire/tube issue and had SAG drop me off at HWB, figuring to wait till the shop opened. While perched in a chair in the shade, a slim figure appeared on a tractor spraying weeds. He pulled up and inquired if I needed help and I responded with waiting on the bike shop, which he promptly replied that he “was” the bike shop.
