not satisfied with the customer service I received when I called.
I was on the XOBO ride this year and had a tire/tube issue and had SAG drop me off at HWB, figuring to wait till the shop opened. While perched in a chair in the shade, a slim figure appeared on a tractor spraying weeds. He pulled up and inquired if I needed help and I responded with waiting on the bike shop, which he promptly replied that he “was” the bike shop. My bike needed a "LOT" of work. Heath turned it around quickly so I didn't miss my next ride. You can't go wrong with HWB Cycling!
Great bike shop & great customer service! Heath is an expert and will help you with all your biking needs. He promptly ordered the bike I wanted, had it together and made sure the fit was right before sending me on my way. Great experience and would highly recommend HWB cycling to anyone!
