I placed an order on 9/30/26 and I haven't received it yet. And there is no email or message telling me what's going on with it.
Why buy cheap junk when can buy great materials from HW Parts
These guys really know their stuff. Quick shipping on orders is a big plus. SADLY…they chose UPS to ship and so I didn’t receive my parts. I will re-order on Monday and will probably drive to Austin (because I REALLY need these seals!) to pick them up rather than risk another really bad experience with UPS. I hope they will ship with someone else in the future so I won’t have to find another supplier.
I ordered a hydraulic hose for my tractor. Turns out I ordered the wrong part. Additionally, the hose I needed they don’t carry so their representative said “no problem, I’ll email you a return label, just send the part back, no charge”…Best hassle free experience ever!
