They had the parts I needed to rebuild the hydraulic cylinders. Shipped same day and arrived in two days. Amazing company. Now I've ordered new exact fit hoses. Again two day shipping. Free with my order.
Bobcat grapple bucket piston developed a leak. Pulled the website up on my phone and ordered the rebuild kits. Order arrived 3 days later, fit perfectly. Turnaround was faster than bringing to a shop and less work for me…and MUCH less expensive.
I had a problem and apparently it was associated with communication. They went above and beyond to correct the problem.
With the help from Michael and Frank we were able to determine I was using the wrong model number on parts I had ordered. They were both very helpful getting me the parts I needed to complete the repair in a friendly speedy manner. San Armentor
