I was experiencing an a/c issue with my Kia Soul. They pushed it through without an appointment, but all they did was have it sit for 1 1/2 hours for free rather than try to diagnose the issue, saying they were trying to avoid the $200 charge for something that might not be covered. We came in not expecing to find anything because of how empty every otherlot we had been to was. We found the car we wanted and our sales person Alyssa was no pressure which was a relief. Thank you Alyssa and HW Kia.
