Sold me touch paint but it qasnt the right color. They refused to acknowledge it Not only that they tried to tell me its something to do with the car

Great customer service and communication! After receiving a damaged parcel from Post Office due to a careless delivery. HW Accessories responded to my email within minutes, posted a new item and lodged a complaint/claim with Post Office. A couple of days later, the item was received again with no damage and with a great packaging. For more services like this! Cheers!
Just had a spare key / remote supplied by HW Bayswater Accessories. Nelson was great .He also gave me tips about my keys that I didn’t know, and removed my towbar for me. Took 20 mins and saved me $200. I highly recommend this business
