Been going here for over 20 years but lately this place sucks they don't tell you test results after you had them you get put on hold for 20 or more minutes every time you call the doctor's are awesome it's the office staff that's horrible after being stuck on hold for over 25 minutes I hung up going to be changing my PCP this is nuts
Total incompetence. Went for test on May 11 a sonagram on my throat still haven't been told results it's now August . Actually have an voice mail telling me they didn't have time to get my diabetic supplies pre-approved, I need to do the leg work. And waiting to be seen when you have an appointment, 2 hours is outrageous. Try to call the office you get voice mail, no call back or if your lucky to get someone to answer your put on hold for 20 minutes. Office is closed from 12 to 2 for lunch and closes early on Friday . Everyone is really nice.
Best health care I have ever received. Takes the time to talk to you, makes sure you understand diagnosis and treatment plan. Would highly recomend.
This location has horrible customer service and a high turn-around in doctors. They have no consideration for urgency.
