Zero stars if I could. Absolute worst doctor I've been treated by. She cares more about satisfying insurance companies than she does with your health! Staff at this office is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and run from the Heritage Valley organization!
Lara Trushel was the only positive about this whole practice. She was kind to me and treated me like a person. Dr. Ghandi constantly made comments about my weight when I was seeing her for severe anxiety, despite me telling her I would address my weight after I got my anxiety under control. Guaranteed wait times of 1+ hours.
Dr Priola is great. The staff is awful. Rude. Ignorant and why the hell does one of them barely speak English? You call and they don't get back to you and if you do get through, the front desk is horrible. If Dr Priola were not such a great doctor, I would leave. Do better HVMG They're ridiculous.
This place is a joke, no one ever, ever answers the phone, leave a voicemail, FOR What? They never call you back! We drive a hour and a half to see my husband’s doctor, because he is that good. We couldn’t get a call back so we drove to the office and find out his doctor left and we don’t know where he went, you would think the office would have called all his patients to let them know. Terrible place and I would never recommend them.
