This place is a joke, no one ever, ever answers the phone, leave a voicemail, FOR What? They never call you back! We drive a hour and a half to see my husband’s doctor, because he is that good. We couldn’t get a call back so we drove to the office and find out his doctor left and we don’t know where he went, you would think the office would have called all his patients to let them know. Terrible place and I would never recommend them.
This place should be shut down and many of the doctors at this practice shouldn't have their jobs let alone any licenses for this field. They will prescribe you medications without doing proper tests first and have no bedside/table manners when it comes to people explaining their concerns to them. I asked to see the doctor numerous times when I was here at different times and they gave me the nurse practitioners whom don't seem to know much about the human body nor common ailments. front staff is rude and never answers the phone, takes a minimum of an hour after your appointment time to see a doctor or get a simple flu shot. i even had my appointment canceled without telling me just to show up for no reason.
I held off posting to give them one last chance to prove they can be helpful. Alas, that did not happen. They pretended to help, only to find out they really didn't. They were a giant let-down to both me and my mother. The way they disregarded mom was the last straw. This office is a massive joke. Just look at the reviews!! I went to UPMC in Sewickley and wish I would've done it sooner. Believe the reviews and don't bother with this place. Drive 10 min further to Sewickley or Moon.
Stay away from this office at all costs!!!! The doctors are great don’t get me wrong. The staff on the other hand is the absolute worst. Good luck getting referrals or meds on time. Our insurance requires referrals to see specialists so after weeks of going back and forth trying to get the paperwork resolved I have to resort to canceling my appointment with my specialist because they cannot do a simple task.
