Incompetent Company! June 10th refund was ordered, never received. Policy states 45 days for refund checks and it has been over 60 days. Waiting on hold for store to answer or customer svc is a 30 min wait. I have been a customer for 8yrs and they have now lost my business forever! The several phone calls made have all been escalated to the regional manager who has never responded-Do not use Visionworks. Glasses fit great in store. Super helpful and great experience! My only pair of glasses were broken, and the nice lady fixed it within a minute for absolutely free. When I'll be buying more glasses - I'll go to Visionworks.
Ordered my glasses, got them, they were terrible. Sent them back and was told for 3 weeks that my glasses were not in. Found out today that the General manager wrote in the computer notes that she gave me the new glasses. I did not recieve these glasses and cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss this matter. Ripped off. Avoid this place like the plague.
I had a favorite pair of glasses that needed new lenses. I went to the Visionworks downtown (175 E Houston) and recieved the best customer service (Donna). I am so happy with the new lenses on my glasses and will definitely come back for any and all optometry needs.
Little secret, at this store things get done faster! The staff is amazing, nice and super helpful.
