Do Not Use This Contractor!!! Scott replaced a condenser fan motor three months ago and it failed again. Called to have someone come out and they were 10 hours late. Tech looked at the motor and said it was "bad". I obtained a new motor but no one ever showed up to install it. No return of my calls or text messages. Contacted Azle Air and they replaced the motor the same day. Reason for motor failure? Scott failed to remove the rubber drain plug on the motor and it shorted out due to recent rain. Not a good company!!! Avoid at all costs! It's June 15th 2019 and our A/C went out. My wife is 6 months pregnant and I really need it fixed so she's not in the heat, so I called and talked to Scott at 4:30 pm. He told me he had a guy that could come out as soon as he was done with his current job. At 6:42 pm the tech called and was rambling incoherently but I got out of him that he was in Saginaw and would be here in 30 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later he wasn't here so I called back.
