I am writing this review for Discount Filters due to their superior customer service. I want to start out by stating that I was ignorant concerning sizing filters, i.e., stated size v. actual size. I recently had new AC unit installed (heat pump) and was use to the standard thickness of 1" filters. My new unit requires a 20x20x5, but actual is 20x19.75x4.375. Needless to say, the filters I ordered were actually 19.687x20x4.937....too thick to fit in my unit. I initiated a return request and was going to order the correct siz... read more
I ordered Merv11 furnace filters and these are by far the better quality and pricing. I ordered the wrong size and when getting ready to ship them, I realized it, called them right away and they quickly exchanged them for the right size. So grateful to not have to deal with returning wrong ones. They have great customer service. They care. Thank you
Their Samsung filter doesn’t fit my refrigerator. Requested a return label with the reason why and instead of sending me the return label I get an email asking AGAIN why I need a return label. Idiots. I work 12 hr nights and OT shifts-I don’t have time for this crap
