I am writing this review for Discount Filters due to their superior customer service. I want to start out by stating that I was ignorant concerning sizing filters, i.e., stated size v. actual size. I recently had new AC unit installed (heat pump) and was use to the standard thickness of 1" filters. My new unit requires a 20x20x5, but actual is 20x19.75x4.375.
