Had a great experience with Mark and team installing a new heat pump unit. They responded quickly, kept in great communication, and did a nice job with a tricky installation in my attic without any mess or damage. We're now enjoying a new, quieter system that doesn't trip my circuit breaker. Highly recommended.
HVAC Specialist of Virginia were the first company to respond to our request for services after a lightning strike disabled the control panel to our heat pump. On a Saturday morning working in 80+ degree heat and high humidity, Mark Wood replaced the upgraded control panel with sweat pouring off of him. While installing the upgraded control panel, there were two extra wires that were not on the schematic. Our furnace gave out and we had to have it replaced. Mark and Austin took great care of us. Sue scheduled them and had to go out of her way to pick up an undamaged furnace after the first one was dented when it was unboxed. We sincerely recommend HVAC Specialists for all your HVAC needs!

I called HVAC specially Virginia to repair a problem in the heating system. After reviewing the whole system which had been in service many year it seem that the best thing to do would be to replace the heating system and while doing this replace the air conditioning which had been in service for 30 years.
