Hands down these guys are excellent. They were polite, on time, answered all my questions while they were working, and never took a break in the 5+ hours they were here. I went to three vendors for estimates and Mark had the most competitive price. He and his son Austin were meticulous in their work. I was surprised at how diligent they were in just getting the outside unit's pad perfectly balanced. HVAC Specialist of Virginia were the first company to respond to our request for services after a lightning strike disabled the control panel to our heat pump. On a Saturday morning working in 80+ degree heat and high humidity, Mark Wood replaced the upgraded control panel with sweat pouring off of him. While installing the upgraded control panel, there were two extra wires that were not on the schematic.
