I paid a 50% deposit three months ago and have been unable to get the company to return my calls or schedule the work. I call them multiple times a week and have spoken with ***. *** told me he just answers the phones and is in the office alone, therefore unable to help me until the technician calls me back. *** is the owner of the business and should be able to assist me but he has refused to do so.
