Terrible customer service. They don't take responsibility for any issue they cause or happens with the equipment they sell. They won't help correct problems without a battle and lots of finger pointing. The entire tone of a business is set by the leadership. Their CEO, is an arrogant know it all, self righteous, smart's guy in the room type. He is the most smug individual I have ever met in business.
