Have left all of their residential customers high and dry. I purchased a house several years ago where HVAC services installed the heating and cooling system. The system had a number of issues (not entirely abnormal) which resulted in a multiple technicians having to come by but making little progress (not normal). Horrible customer service! Incredibly rude, disrespectful and they totally scammed me. Now I can’t change the temperature of my thermostat! They don’t care about my business.
