Great guys. Super prompt friendly service. Did a great job explaining what they were doing and saved me some money compared to the other company I had out previously.
Our upstairs A/C unit went out on us. We called HVAC Service Now and had immediate response, on a weekend, and was given a very fair price. I called numerous companies throughout the triangle and HVAC Service Now had the best rate. They arrived within 1.5 hours of my call, right on time. Had our unit back up and running within 30 minutes and did several additional maintenance items to keep our unit in good condition. We will definitely use them for ongoing system maintenance!
Zach, made an effort to fit me into his schedule today to take care of a couple faulty wiring problems I had with our one year old AC unit. He and his assistant Joe, were extremely prompt and and kept me in the loop when they would be heading my way. After diagnosing the problems, they were able to fix them both rapidly while also explaining to me and showing me the work that was done.
