The maintenance work was a routine inspection of my ventilation system. The technician, Garrett, repaired a damaged section of a vent and did a very detailed cleaning of all the air ducts and dryer vents. I was told the cost of the cleaning in advance
Our old chimney cap was rusted and damaged, so we had it replaced. Carl send by the company i booked yesterday, he showed us the condition of the old cap and installed the new one perfectly. My chimney looks much better now.
I had rain water coming down my chimney and called this Company. David technician came out and inspected my chimney and pointed out issues with my less than 2 year old roof. They were honest, helpful and respectful of my property. David even took down my weathervane that was leaning severely that my roofer ignored when I contacted him. I have since had my roof inspected and a new roofer do the necessary repairs. I highly recommend their company because of their expertise and integrity.
This company did a great job with our chimney and fireplace repair. I especially appreciated their prompt communication and thorough estimating process before the project date.
