I called DTE and they sent a Tech. Mark came and looked at my AC unit. Mark was very polite and did his job professionally.
"Very knowledgeable and professional".
I had an A/C issue on newer outside unit. Happened to see Mark going to a neighbor's house and asked him if he could stop by after that and take a look. It was later on a Sunday evening, he could have said no, but he stopped by and got my service back on line in less than 20 minutes. He was so nice about it and professional. I will call HVAC Pro going forward for my heating and cooling needs.
