I purchased an old mobile home (1974) with an old furnace that needed some minor work and maintenance. I have used HVAC PRO three times for 3 different issues over the last few years. Always great, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price and quick, too!

To say I'm disappointed would be a challenge with HVAC Pros. Our house in Howell was having issues with the furnace. We have a utility company insurance plan and they recommended this company. When they came to inspect the furnace, they determined it was the heat exchanger. They shut down the furnace, which was the right thing to do IF it actually was the heat exchanger. When we tried to get the furnace back up and running, they said that it would be a week until they could make the repair. I said that wasn't an option. Howe... read more
