After 31 years, the cartridge in our master bathroom show finally gave out. Had to shut down water to the whole house - and on a Saturday (of course)!!!! Kevin answered our emergency call and came out within the hour. Patient, professional, laughing at our nonsense comments, he efficently got us through to having water again. We have relied on HVAC for more than 20 years. The techs like Kevin are the reason!
Amazing!! Life savior! After being told our fan motor was broken, out of stock, and would take 2+ months to get, we called to get a second opinion. Philip came out, diagnosed the actual issue, left to get the necessary (and much less pricey) part, and came back and installed the same day. After days of no AC with a baby, we cannot sing his praises enough!
** update: the manger resolved the issue and since then they have been great. I have re I mended them to others and they are satisfied as well. ** I have been using this company for several years now, but this time, I had to call at least 3 times to get the exact time they’ll be at the property since it is not an owner occupied property. Then the had me to drive there and wait and wait…. The woman who I talked with said she is the dispatch manager and that they didn’t know it was not an owner occupied property. Hmmmm.
