Ordered a part on 10/11/23. No sign of part or nor return phone call. Looks like they got me.
This business is closed, and they owe their vendors thousands. I was scammed into purchasing from them, and the unit never arrived. We had to dispute the credit card charge.
Working with this team has been very simple! Kris is always promt when returning my calls or emails. All warranty work went very smoothly as well. Couldn't recommend anyone more Been working with them for a couple years now.
