Eric did an amazing job with my ac unit. We lost power to our unit last night and we were in desperate need of a repair. Eric arrived on scene and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour. Trustworthy HVAC technician with great pricing in the local community 5/5 recommendation.

Eric is the best at what he does. He is the only one who doesn’t try to up sale you on a new unit. I had multiple people come out and everyone either tried to get me to buy a new units since something with the coils was bad. So I called HVAC Penguin, he came took a look and noticed it was an easy fix. He fixed the issue in a day, just in time for the warmer days we are getting. Eric contacted me the night before and gave me a timeline. He contacted me in the morning to let me know he was in route. He arrived earlier and prepared. Most importantly Eric was honest with me, explained every step along the way. He was able to fix my issue way below a previous quote I had received. I highly recommend HVAC Penguin.
