I order a part for my AC unit. Great pricing and easy to use website. However, I paid $60 to get this part shipped overnight. First UPS target arrival time was 10:30 am that went to 10:45 to 12:45-2:45 at 2:45 it went to 5:45- 7:45. I paid $60 shipping and it's 4:45 where I am and nothing. That's too much money to wait all say. $60 shipping is more than the part. I so disappointed because I took off work to get this part . It's 102 degrees today and my AC is still out. Unbelievable!
