Excellent service, reasonable price, quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
This was one of the best decisions we made when we bought our house. We purchased mini-splits to replace the swamp cooler but for the first two months we had an issue with the system: it kept kicking off and I had to reset the circuit breaker. Yet every time I called, Mark had his engineer come over to try and fix the problem--every single time. Mark’s was the one and only estimate I needed to get for a mini split heating and cooling system. He responded and came out right away and after meeting him and seeing his ‘a la carte’ estimate I was sold! He kept me informed every step of the way either by phone or stopping by to see how ‘the guys’ were doing and his team was awesome!!! Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. (And they even cleaned up after themselves!) I love my new AC and highly recommend HVAC Logistics!!!! :)
