Amazing service!
Unlike the the rest of the reviewers I had a very different experience. I just encountered some of the worst customer service skills I've every come across. It's hard to believe that a perspective customer was treated the way I was. The company scheduled and set the expectation that someone would be there at 10am. Actually, to quote "Yes we can do 10:00am. We will see you then!" At 11:50am I'm calling for a status because there was no call or text or email explaining why no one had shown up yet. Bill and his team are fantastic! Great service and follow through!! I highly recommend Bill and his team for anything HVAC related. He showed up when promised and made sure the job was finished.
