Extremely disappointed with HVAC Gurus. I had two Carrier units installed in 2024 and both started leaking within a few months. Instead of properly fixing the issue, their team simply recharged the system. It leaked again within the year because the refrigerant pipes were never repaired and had been leaking from the beginning. When the system failed again, HVAC Gurus refused to take responsibility. These guys did a great job installing a condenser and two mini splits in two of our bedrooms. It took about a week total from getting someone to come out and quote to doing the install. The install itself took them about a day and a half. The workmanship looks professional and the system works great. The office side is another story. They quoted the job to include permits but it's been about two months and they haven't done anything. Their office says they'll call us back "in the afternoon" with an update, but they don't.
