Great response time ! We had no heat in our house over night and after a call at 9:00 am a technician arrived in 20 min. Very knowledgeable and took time to service a few other furnaces on our premises. He got the furnace running!

I had a very disappointing experience with HVAC-Group. The technician arrived late without any notification and seemed completely unprepared for the job. Communication was poor, and they left my system partially fixed, forcing me to call another company to complete the work. Definitely not professional or reliable.
