I had a very disappointing experience with HVAC-Group. The technician arrived late without any notification and seemed completely unprepared for the job. Communication was poor, and they left my system partially fixed, forcing me to call another company to complete the work. Definitely not professional or reliable.
HVAC-Group completely failed to meet my expectations. They overcharged for basic services and didn’t even fix the problem properly. I had to call another company to correct their mistakes. Very frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Our furnace stopped working, so we called a local HVAC company for help. The technician from HVAC-GROUP quickly diagnosed the problem with the ignition system and replaced the faulty part. As soon as it was fixed, our furnace started working perfectly again. Big thank you to the HVAC-GROUP technician for the fast and professional furnace repair service! Highly recommend!
Extremely dissatisfied with HVAC-Group. They promised a quick and efficient installation, but it ended up taking much longer, and the system still doesn’t perform as expected. Attempts to get them to address the issues were met with excuses and delays. Not trustworthy at all.
