Called their 24 hour service number late Sunday evening & left info about our air conditioner problem. We received a response & request for our availability, they sent a scheduled for 11:00 - 1:00 on Monday. Nolan arrived @ 11:05 & began checking things out right away, her ascertained it was a glitch in our Nest Thermostat. He reset it and checked it out throughly to be sure it was working properly. HVAC Express was able to come out the same day i called, which is awesome during this summer heat but that was about all that was great. I filled out the form online for service outside of business hours expecting a call first thing in the morning. It didn’t come so i called and made the appt for them to come out. Once they came out, the technician diagnosed the problem but after that I did not receive any further communication. Nothing on when or if the part was ordered. Nothing on a return date to repair. Al and his Technicians are fantastic. They get your HVAC problems fixed and they stay fixed. Replaced an Evaporator coil in my attic air handler in the Texas summer heat.
