Nolan left us with a detailed checklist that he completed with every task that had completed, which I had never received from other technicians. I was without AC for several weeks this summer. My inside unit was fried and because both units were old I needed to replace the entire system. I got estimates from 3 companies and HVAC express came in the lowest by far and offered the financing that the other companies could not. They were able to install the next day and the owner was there every step of the way.
