If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would. They're a scam company that gives you a "membership" to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a system to have guys come and "maintenance" it just to lie and mess it up to sell parts to you.

After a solid 24 years of use. American cooling replaced in the heat of summer a new efficent compressor for 2nd floor. Then in the cooler weeks the heating on my ground level died. Rafik performed once again. With a through explanation I knew I was making an informed decision on a new heat pump system. Staying chill in the summer and warm in the winter, makes me and the family happy. Thanks American clean air heating & cooling!
Raffi came right out after I called, explained everything going on with the heating issue, and completed the work quickly. He’s very honest and knowledgeable. Will contact him in the future when necessary. He provides a lot of education on HVAC and that was appreciated.
