DO NOT TRUST HVAC Construction OR Big Rock!. We purchased a new HVAC system from them in September 2024 And immediately the weather turned cooler. The summer of 2025 it was obvious that the unit that they had installed was way too small. On a warm summer day it almost never gets below 74 or 75°. Got my water heater flushed. They opened up the whole system and cleaned throughout the whole thing. Courteous and timely Hyrum was great and answered all my questions!
