Our unit was having serious issues, which the tech man immediately identified. He fixed the unit right away after the parts arrived. He treated us with the utmost respect. He was a pleasant dude to work with. Overall, we were really pleased with the company's service; it was excellent!
The technician that came out to look at my air conditioner briefly described what was wrong and how to fix it. As he said, it took about an hour. A work well done, indeed. I'm pleased and content with the outcome!
