Reception had no idea what refrigerant recovery was and could not tell me whether it was even a service they offer. Pressured to schedule for diagnostics for hundreds just to talk to a tech to ask if they could do it.

Our AC went out on the hottest day this summer. Alex was able to come out SAME DAY and had everything he needed to repair our compressor within the hour.
