Reception had no idea what refrigerant recovery was and could not tell me whether it was even a service they offer. Pressured to schedule for diagnostics for hundreds just to talk to a tech to ask if they could do it.

Our AC went out on the hottest day this summer. Alex was able to come out SAME DAY and had everything he needed to repair our compressor within the hour. He also educated us on the maintenance required to limit future break downs. Alex and everyone at HVAC & repair guys are our go-to guys every spring from now on. Honest, reliable, and efficient!
Update: After a long waiting game they truly made it right. They were professional, reasonably priced, and took time to explain what was wrong. I will be recommending HVAC GUYS to other small business owners in the future.
