We spent a full 24 hours in 80 degree heat in our home. I reached out to this company in the morning and Craig responded same day. He came out and literally found the issue in less than 10 minutes. Apparently it was something with the outside unit. Craig had an extra part with him and replaced it same visit. I was a little nervous because it took a while to cool down (he said it would take a little while) but once the temp went down my AC was blowing like never before. Nothing but such a great experience, my AC wasn’t blowing cool air. I called and Craig was able to diagnose the issue right away. What I appreciated was that Craig took the time to actually show what my issue was (leaking coil). He immediately got on the phone and found the part I needed and it was fixed by the next afternoon. I cannot recommend his business enough!
