I have had the best experience with this company. They have been so quick to respond to my water heater issues, often coming out the same day! From the employees I speak to in the office (Maggie, Laurie, Derek) to the professionals they send out to help (Mike) they have all been so helpful and understanding. Very honest people, working hard and providing great service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Would not recommend. We were told the damper to repair our furnace was not available and would take days to source, then additional days to schedule repair. This, while entering an extremely cold weekend. I called Fagers who had the damper in stock and informed us it's always in stock. HV allowed me to deliver the part and did the repair, along with some adjustments to the control box. Less than a month later, the unit again shut off.
