Dr. Phan is a miracle worker. He explains the scary stuff about ♥ heart malfunction so clearly, drawing diagrams and answering questions carefully. I knew I was in good hands after meeting with him about my ablation surgery. HOWEVER Dr. Phan did make a near disastrous mistake by not paying attention to my attempts to inform him about my critical special needs for anesthesia intubation ... Life and death critical. I trust and have trusted Dr. Phan (an ELECTRO cardiologist) with my life. Professional, expert, best in class. He recently performed Afib heart surgery that went exceedingly well. Aftercare visit today. From start to finish, he and his office showed compassion, great follow-up, and answered EVERY question I had. I waited nearly 3 weeks to get in and see Dr. Phan, all for them to call me the day before my appointment and say they needed to cancel due to Dr. Phan having to tend to an emergency surgery. I spoke with Victor, who has the personality of a fingernail, who never apologized, in which he then let me know that it would be almost a other two weeks before I come in to be seen by Dr. Phan.
