I've been a patient with this doctor for over 5 years. I am no longer going to be one due to shady practices they're now doing that is a scam and insurance fraud. As an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, your contract strictly prohibits you from forcing insured patients to pay full cash prices ($150–$250) upfront instead of their required copay.
