Dr. Phan is an exceptional doctor. Firstly, kind with a great sense of humor. He is attentive and compassionate. Answers all my questions thoroughly in words that a patient can understand. In ordering tests he gives a cogent description of why the test is needed. Appointments are always conducted in a timely manner, I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen.
