Had a not so good experience with a burger. The chef offered me a full refund I said no I already ate most of the burger. He said come back another time…he would remember me and give me another burger. I said that sounds fair. I came back the next day and he gave me a new burger, chips and drink no questions asked…very good customer experience!
Bad customer service
Great burgers with fresh ingredients and tasty flavours. The fries were crispy, and the service was friendly. Super quiet on a Saturday evening. A satisfying meal overall!
Decided to give this burger place a try at night the second day we’re in Perth. We bought 2 burgers meals with shakes but to our disappointment both the milkshakes had gone bad, both tasted sour and it was so awful. I can’t imagine how many people drank it and did not get the chance to feedback. I’m so worried about getting food poisoning for the second time especially when you’re on a holiday. Plans and tours are gonna be cancelled 😞😤the fries and onion rings were good but the shakes really ruined the whole meal. Not sure... read more
Tonight I ordered a Door Dash delivery and got a call from the door dash driver saying the place is closed and there's no way to pick up my order. I called the restaurant four times and no one bothers answering their phone. You treat your door dashers badly and won't respond to paying customers even though your restaurant says "open" on Google and you are selling food on doordash. How upsetting and stressful.
