They signed me up for a yearly auto-renewing membership without telling me, and made it seem like a service charge with benefits. Then, I found out that they use independent contractors, who apparently don't know anything about the problem and you have to explain everything all over again. Look at how similar and how many 5 star reviews they have, does this seem legitimate? I am kicking myself for not looking closer at the reviews before calling.
