Was referred by friend after expressing frustration other companies not following through appointments or bids (10/2024) Complete ROOF. Derek was very knowledgeable fo insurance and a straight shooter. He showed up and maybe was a few weeks behind on job but was fair and communication was excellent. My roof has been through tornado (5/2025) and several hail storms so workmanship and quality of Product is good.
Disrespectful experience over the phone. When recommended to stop by here. Customer service and tonality is everything.
