I came to Huw after a mountain biking accident where I had broken multiple bones. The accident caused me to lose a lot of strength and mobility. Once the bones were healed I came and saw Huw. He was able to get me moving again and the results came from there. Plenty of hard work was involved! Since then I’ve seen Huw for other injuries and he’s always prescribed the right plan to overcome them and get myself back on track.
Huw's a genius. I sought multiple injury specialist's opinions prior to chatting remotely with Huw following a friend's recommendation. He had me transform an injury which left me unable to train, back to swim-bike-running at a 70.3 World Championships in no time at all. A full, well-rounded unbiased assessment followed by science- and practice-backed exercises, exclusively over video consultations. So impressive and couldn't recommend him more.
I started working with Huw 12 months ago after being injured with hamstring tendinitis and then plantar fasciitis. Due to my injuries I pulled out of the Berlin marathon in 24. Gradually over the year with Huw’s strength training and I became progressively stronger with my running and faster than I was pre injury.
