I used to live here but moved out about 5 months ago. I lived here for almost 2 years. I was in a 1 bedroom and upgraded to a 2 bedroom townhouse. I had a rodent problem and a heating problem. It took multiple calls trying to resolve the problem but it never got resolved. In the end I had to move out with 1 month left for the lease to end. Toured the apartments last week and loved it. The leasing office was very friendly & helpful. The apartment is newly remodeled with modern finishes, plenty of parking, and it’s located very conveniently to NYC. Can’t wait to move in and make Hutton Lafayette home!
