Whoa!!!! Somehow this situation makes me feel as though one star is being extremely generous do they have a -5 star?!?!?!? I just left Hutto Autoplex and had the worst and most disrespectful customer service adventure I've ever dealt with. The young gentleman Aaron who, I guess is the supposed manager on duty? I will never come here again. They balanced my front tires incorrectly, when I returned to have them corrected they nastily told me to come back another day since they were busy. Their location is super nasty and they treat their customers equally as nasty. Do not go here.
I would never ever stop there again..overcharged to mount 1 tire that both rim and tire were provided, charged me $20 cash, called when left to talk to manager and was told to come back because they really only charge $10. then when I went back would not issue refund cause they never gave me a receipt . So apparently when you pay with cash and you don't get a receipt which means they don't report their income ! Happy Thanksgiving to them!!!!!
They were very fast and very awsome customer service
