Had a 1pm appointment to have my dryer fixed. The guy I spoke to was very unprofessional so I should have known better. Butttt...I have it a shot even after reading the reviews. They no showed on me also!! No call no nothing. Tried to call 5 times and only got voicemail!! The Web site does say they are open until 9pm today. Shady business but shame on me for still trying them. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else!!
I've been having problems with my microwave and want it fixed. I wanted to support a local company, so I called them and scheduled them to come out the next day (today, as I'm writing this). They no-showed me. And their phone is disconnected or no longer in service. A notice would have been nice rather than wasting two hours of my time waiting around for them to show up. I'd give them no stars if I could.
My refrigerator broke they came in and fixed my refrigertor on the same day.The tech was nice and had alot of knowledge on the repair.Great job..
