As a business owner with a fleet of trucks, I stopped into Hutting CJDR multiple times over the past couple of years while working in the area, hoping to establish a relationship and get service work done when I'm nearby. Never again! I have 2 Grand Cherokee but they wont see them again. I feel cheated and scammed. Charge me a lot of money but didn't fix the cars problems. I get it ,you need to make money but at least fix the cars!

I took my jeep there for an oil change. A few days after the service, the screen kept telling me that the oil needs to be changed, and I was in disbelieve since I barely drive my car. I also noticed the report they handed me indicated the fluids were okay, which is not true because the windshield fluid was not coming out. I called back and asked them why my screen was telling me I needed an oil change if I just had the service done.
