Brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection. As they were pulling my car in I could hear the tech revving it for no reason. Checked my dashcam and yep he was just randomly revving it while pulling in. After the inspection and oil change was done I went out to my car and both of the factory side skirts were pulled off the body at the front and slightly on the rear on the passenger side.
