We tried to contact them, just got the run-around. Their plastic cap nails box had 15% of caps not attached to nails. Quality control is poor.
Terrible customer service and poor responsiveness. Order a door in June 2020 and didn't get it until August. The door that arrived was wrong and after another month of trying to get answers out of them I had our local supply house send it back. Thermatru Doors doesn't seem to be concerned that Huttig is giving them a bad reputation because I will not be ordering a Thermatru door either.
This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a front door on 6/27/20 and was told it would be delivered on 8/14/20. It is now 9/25/20 and they still have not shipped the door. I was given several updated ship dates and none of them turned out to be accurate. Just yesterday (9/24/20) I was told the door was on the truck and would arrive on 9/25/20.
