Negative 5!!! was charged $430.00 for one hour of work to tell me my lines had collapsed. Repair would begin at $2000.00. I found another company that used an excavator to dig small ditch to reach line n UNCLOGGED the line , worked for 3 hours n charged me $500.00 Hutsons left my bathroom floor n tub nasty. The company that fixed the repair cleaned my bathroom with bleach. I was told by at least 15 people in the last week that Hutsons overcharge n take advantage of people. Im elderly n disabled. One of the owners came out to replace our kitchen faucet. He was very disorganized and had to search his van for what he needed repeatedly to do what should have been a simple job. It took him 2 hours to replace the faucet and two supply lines. He scratched my sink and did not even offer an apology. I found it after he left. We provided the faucet and 2 hours later it was installed with a charge of $450.00 for labor. I definitely do not recommend this company. I called and asked about them coming out to inspect piping at my house. They told me they come out and do that for free. They came out, gave me an estimate, they were here for less than 15 minutes and charged me $100. I told them what I was told over the phone and the man was rude and said I would have to pay the $100. I didn’t receive a receipt or anything.
I had a question about the charges on my most recent service. Called and left message, was told they would review it and call me back. That was Aug.19th?
I was desperate to find a plumber last Friday, I called so many too busy, and then a friend recommended Hutson plumbing, I called they answered my call, Dave knew I was desperate. He promised he would have some one to my home by mid day. He kept his promise, the guys are fantastic, nice, clean and just great. I highly recommend Hutson plumbing, the best.
Hutson Plumbing is GREAT!!! in the last 6 months they have done amazing work. 1st they replaced the line from the house to the main and did fantastic job. Now they are installing 2 toilets . They are very professional, polite and outstanding. I cant say enough nice things about them. I highly recommend them.
Very professional service. Always looking for ways to save the client money.
