answer to problem with used furnace maybe buying a used furnace was just that---soimeone elses problems---if used one won't satisfy you--that price is credited towards new one for one year..
Unhappy furnace owner We purchased a used furnace from Hutman Heating and they assured us that the furnace had been checked over and was in great working condition. . The furnace has been making a large boom noise and they have been out twice to try to fix it. We were told that he would stand behind the product and later denied that and has charged us alot of money and has done nothing. It started making the boom noise again and we just cant afford for him to keep coming out. Not satisfied at all!
Best service! We have been nothing but satisfied with John's willingness to help us out when we have been in a jam. He has personally come to our home in the middle of the night to fix the furnace for us on more than one occasion. Anytime we need anything, he is happy to get it for us. He is a hometown businessman!
Replaced furnace We were leaving the country when our furnace plugged up, Mr Hutman worked Christmas eve trying to get us heat and then Changed the furnace out for us. He checked on it until we returned. We appreciated it!
Excellent service We purchased our energy efficient furnace from Hutmans several years ago. Beforehand we were provided with a free and accurate estimate. Our old furnace had gone out in the middle of winter and they got there quickly to try and get it working until they could get a new furnace installed. They ended up replacing all of our ductwork and they did a very professional job.
Hutman Heating It's amazing that Hutman Heating can stay in business the way they treat their customers. They are very selective who they will provide service to, which isn't a great way to promote business. My father has been waiting for five years for them to return a call to him. I'm sure they have an excellent product, but the chore seems to be more of getting them to your house to see if that's actually true.
