Went into get my car washed in line before 5 and was turned away from a full service wash that the person in front of me got because they couldn't ask anyone to stay later than they were already staying for the car before me. Because it was 5 even though I was in line. Will never go back to them. To expense and new manager/owner could tell by the way he was standing he was a rude jerk. Full service is a disorganized mess. After waiting 45 minutes, watching the chaos, I got in my car, pulled to the side, and left. $37 poorer. Avoid.
Has become too expensive so I use the cheap exterior wash and their vacuums then do my windows at home. Lately the line to get in has been quite long backing up onto the street and causing issues with traffic. They use to give you car scent and a treated towellet but no more. Just like everything else, less service but more money.
