Terrible communication, liars, and con artists. Do not hire this company. I don’t even know if my grandfathers taxes were actually filed because I have not received anything at all. No emails, no papers in the mail, nothing what so ever. I email them and never get a response.
Spoke with the representative, Thomas. He was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL during the call. Please provide him with proper training on phone etiquette. Thank you.
Horrible CPA firm - just avoid them to save yourself time and money. We were looking for M&A tax advisories. We talked to 4 CPA through initial consultation calls. Only Hutchinson & Walter charges $450/hr and the other three offers free initial call. Hutchinson & Walter is the worst by far. The CPA from Hutchinson & Walter we talked to have poor grasp on the topic even though he boasted he has years of M&A experience.
Feels like they purposely do not want me as a client. Been with them since 2015. Last few years have been very unpleasant to say the least.
