Dr Slomka is amazing! He listens, he’s gentle, and he really cares. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain and it finally got to a point where it was unbearable. The wait was a little long but once I got back, they got me in for a ct scan and gave me more information than anyone has in the 3 years I’ve been struggling with this issue.
Absolutely horrible. Is it possible to give a negative star rating? Put on a bed in the hall for 2 hours. They were busy but in those 2 hours not 1 person even looked at us. Walked past us several times without even an acknowledgement of us there. When we left there were at least 7 nurses sitting at the nurses station.
Took my mom in to have an x-ray and a wound sutured. Everyone was so professional, thorough and patient. Dr. Henderson was quick, kind and also witty. Appreciated everyone at the ER today!
They have a history of sending people away in worse shape than when they arrived and cover their trail by mysteriously losing the records of the "care" received there. If you value your life and health, go elsewhere for emergency care.
