My name is Daniel Whitfield. I was a tenant at 21 Overton Dr in Bella Vista Arkansas from January 2015 to December 2018. We rented from Hutchinson Realty. Through out the years we did not have many problems with the company. I would say my biggest complaint was John Hutchinson showing up at my door three times in the first 2 years to do no notice inspections inside and outside our home.
