Customer Service is NOT they're strong point. I learned you never drop your car off. You wait on it or get it back a week later. It has been almost a month I been waiting on a trim peice to come in for my wife's Outlander. I could had Japan make me one by now.
If you guys are looking for a dealership that will work with you and help you out go to Mitsubishi Motors in Warner Robbin’s and make sure you have Christopher Carr!!!
